This Oak Bay 1930's house was refashioned by relocating the front entrance to the side of the house giving it a larger appearance and adding a small veranda maxing out the permitted floor area given the small lot size.  Careful consideration was given to choosing the exterior finish and colour, trim around the windows and doors to create a grand street appeal despite the petite size of the house and 5,000 square foot lot.
